Prof. Dr. Andreas Hirner, Vice Rector of University of Bonn, Germany, and Mrs. Hirner made a goodwill visit to Tamkang University on March 29, 2004. The distinguished guests first attended a briefing presided over by Dr. Chao-kang Feng, Vice President of Academic Affairs, and also engaged in a discussion with TKU faculty and Deans of Colleges. After the discussion, they had a tour to Carrie Chang Fine Arts Center, Maritime Museum, and Chueh-sheng Memorial Library. At night, the guests attended the dinner party hosted by President Dr. Horng-jinh Chang.
