Prof. Victor V. Skopenko President of the University of Kyiv and Mrs. Valentina have visited Tamkang University on March 14th 1997. Prof. Clement C.P. Chang Funder of the Tamkang University and Prof. Yun-shan Lin President of the Tamkang University including Prof. Horng-Jinh Chang vice president of the Tamkang University and each faculty dean members have attended the meeting in international conference room. The following activities were touring department of information processing center , maritime museum and Chueh Sheng Memorial Library. The events end at Taipei campus university board room for dinning.
