Dr. James F. Harris, Dean of the College of Arts and Humanities, University of Maryland, U.S.A., accompanied by Dr. and Mrs. Chuan Sheng Liu, President of National Central University, made a goodwill visit to Tamkang University on January 13, 2004. The distinguished guests first attended a briefing presided over by Vice President Dr. Chao-kang Feng, and also engaged in a discussion with TKU faculty and Deans of Colleges. After the discussion, Dr. James F. Harris and Dr. and Mrs. Chuan Sheng Liu visited Chueh-sheng Memorial Library and Maritime Museum.
