Professor Dr. jur. Dieter Heckelmann made a goodwill visit to Tamkang University on October 12, 2000. The distinguished guests first attended a briefing presided over President Horng-jinh Chang. He held three aseminars on the topic of "The European Internal Market and Free Choice of Working Place"(10/12), "The protection about social security related to Greman and European Law-The Protection for Family and Merriage"(10/13), "The inspiration to the nations between cross-straits by German Unification Model- Protection of Employees by Employers"(10/13).
