Dr. Andre Oosterlinck and Dr. Luc Claesen made a goodwill visit to Tamkang University on December 7, 2004. The distinguished guests first met the President Chang in her office and talked the exchange affairs between two universities. Then, they accompanied by Dr. Yu Gwo-hsing, Dean of the College of Engineering, to visit the Department of Electrical Engineering and the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering. After the short discussion with the chairs of two departments, the guests had a tour to Chueh-sheng Memorial Library. At noon, President Chang hosted a luncheon for the guests.
