Dr. Yamileth Gonzalez Garcia, President of University of Costa Rica, and Dr. Salomon Lerner Febres, President of Catholic University of Peru, made a goodwill visit to Tamkang University on August 16, 2004. The distinguished guests first attended a briefing presided over by Dr. Flora C. I. Chang, President, and also engaged in a discussion with TKU faculty and Deans of Colleges. After the discussion, the guests had a tour to Carrie Chang Fine Arts Center and Chueh-sheng Memorial Library. At noon, Dr. Yamileth Gonzalez Garcia and Dr. Salomon Lerner Febres attended the luncheon party hosted by President Dr. Flora C. I. Chang.
