Dr. Lic. William Chong Wong, Vice President of LA UNIVERSIDAD TECNOLOGICA CENTROAMERICANA, and the Delegation made a goodwill visit to Tamkang University on June 22, 2000. Dr. Lic. William Chong Wong and the Delegation first attended a briefing presided over by Dr. Chao-Kang Feng, Vice President for Academic Affairs and Chairman of International Exchange Committee, and also engaged in a discussion with TKU faculty and Deans of Colleges. After the discussion, Dr. Lic. William Chong Wong and Dr. Chao-Kang Feng signed a memorandum agreement to promote the academic cooperation between two universities. Then, they had a tour in Tamkang University Tamsui campus, including Maritime Museum and Chueh-sheng Memorial Library.
