Dr. Tom McDaniel, President of Oklahoma City University, U.S.A., and the delegation, made a goodwill visit to Tamkang University on May 14, 2004. The distinguished guests first attended a briefing presided over by President Horng-jinh Chang, and also engaged in a discussion with TKU faculty and Deans of Colleges. At noon, the delegation attended the luncheon party hosted by Dr. Horng-jinh Chang. After the luncheon party, Dr. Tom McDaniel and the delegation had a tour to Carrie Chang Fine Arts Center and Chueh-sheng Memorial Library.
