Dr. William Wallace, Director of Institute for Aerospace Research, the National Research Council in Canada, visited to Tamkang University on December 3, 1999. First He attended a briefing presided over by Vice President Dr. Chao-kang Feng, and also engaged in a discussion with TKU faculty. After the discussion, He had a campus tour in Tamsui campus, including the Chueh-sheng Memorial Library, and the Maritime Museum and other teaching facilities.
