Dr. Nguyen Dinb Huong , President, and Mr. Chen, the staff of International Relations of National Economics University, Vietnam made a goodwill visit to Tamkang University on August 2, 2001. At first, two guests attended a briefing presided over President Horng-jinh Chang, and also engaged in a discussion with TKU faculty. After the discussion, they had a tour in Tamkang University Tamsui campus, including Maritime Museum,and Chueh-sheng Memorial Library. At noon, they attended the luncheon party hosted by Dr. Horng-jinh Chang.
