Mr. Salvador Arsenio Rodriguez Guerino, Rector of Panama University of Technology, and the delegation, made a goodwill visit to Tamkang University on August 4, 2004. The distinguished guests first attended a briefing presided over by Dr. Flora C. I. Chang, President, and also engaged in a discussion with TKU faculty and Deans of Colleges. After the discussion, the guests had a tour to Chueh-sheng Memorial Library and Carrie Chang Fine Arts Center.
