Dr. Napoleon H. Chow, Director General of Institution of Cultural, Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports, Republic of Nicaragua, made a goodwill visit to Tamkang University on June 25, 2002. The distinguished guest first attended a briefing presided over by Dr. Chao-kang Feng, Vice President of Academic Affairs and Chairman of International Exchange Committee, and also engaged in a discussion with TKU faculty, professors and graduates of Graduate Institute of Latin American Studies. After the discussion, Dr. Napoleon H. Chow visited Carrie Chang Fine Arts Center and Chueh-sheng Memorial Library.
