Dr. Joseph R. Fink, President of Dominican University of California, U.S.A., and the delegation, made a goodwill visit to Tamkang University on November 14, 2003. The distinguished guests first attended a briefing presided over by President Horng-jinh Chang, and also engaged in a discussion with TKU faculty and Deans of Colleges. After the discussion, they visited Carrie Chang Fine Arts Center, Chueh-sheng Memorial Library and the Maritime Museum. At noon, the guests attended the luncheon party, hosted by Dr. Horng-jinh Chang.
