Mr. Rodrigo Arias Camacho, Rector of University of Distance Education, Republic of Costa Rica, made a goodwill visit to Tamkang University on September 3, 2002. The distinguished guests first attended a briefing presided over by President Horng-jinh Chang, and also engaged in a discussion with TKU faculty and Deans of Colleges. After the discussion, they had a tour to Carrie Chang Fine Arts Center and Chueh-sheng Memorial Library. At night, the guests attended the dinner party hosted by Dr. Horng-jinh Chang.
