Dr. Manuel M. Murillo, Director of the Office of International Affairs and External Cooperation, University of Costa Rica, made a goodwill visit to Tamkang University on December 9, 2003. The distinguished guest visited President Dr. Horng-jinh Chang, and discussed about the new versions of the "General Academic and Cultural Cooperative Agreement" and "Specific Agreement for a Student and Faculty Exchange Program" between University of Costa Rica and Tamkang University. After the discussion, Dr. Manuel M. Murillo visited Carrie Chang Fine Arts Center and Chueh-sheng Memorial Library.
