Mr. Alexis Rinckenbach, Chief of the Bureau of Asian-Oceanic Affairs, Direction of International Relations and Cooperation, made a goodwill visit to Tamkang University on December 9, 2003. The distinguished guest first attended a briefing presided over by President Dr. Horng-jinh Chang, and also engaged in a discussion with TKU faculty and Deans of Colleges. After the discussion, Mr. Alexis Rinckenbach visited Carrie Chang Fine Arts Center and Chueh-sheng Memorial Library.
