Dr. Wutnipong Warakraisawat (Assistant Dean, School of Science and Technology) Dr. Mathana Santiwat, President, Bangkok University, made a goodwill visit to Tamkang University (TKU) on October 16, 2008. Bangkok University was officially founded in Bangkok on December 25, 1962. Bangkok University is a private, non-profit co-educational institution under the patronage of the Bangkok University Foundation. The university has over 28,000 students. Bangkok University offers courses both in English and Thai. The university has over 28,000 students. The university has nine Schools, International College, and Language Institute. The guests first attended the presentation and discussion hosted by Dr. Flora C.I. Chang, President, Tamkang University at Ching-sheng International Conference Hall. They discussed the possibilities of the academic exchange cooperation between two institutions. After the discussion, the guests visited Chueh-sheng Memorial Library, Carrie Chang Fine Arts Center, and Maritime Museum.
