Mr. Ramiro Barrantes Mesen, Vice Rector of University of Costa Rica, Republic of Costa Rica, made a goodwill visit to Tamkang University on November 22, 2002. The distinguished guests first attended a briefing presided over by Vice President Flora C. I. Chang, and also engaged in a discussion with TKU faculty and Deans of Colleges. After the discussion, they had a tour to Carrie Chang Fine Arts Center and Chueh-sheng Memorial Library. At noon, the guests attended the luncheon party hosted by Dr. Flora C. I. Chang.
