From Stockholm University, the sister University in Sweden, Ms. Ing-Britt SjOstrand, the manager of International Relations office has visited Tamkang University on April 30, 1999. Dr. Lin Seng-ling, Dean of the college of foreign languages and literature of Tamkang University, along with other four officials attended the meeting in the Liberal Art building conference room. The following activities were visiting Dr. Horng-jinh Chang, President of Tamkang University and touring campus Chueh Sheng Memorial Library, Information Processing Center and Maritime Museum.
