Mr. Mel Wong, the Executive Director of Alberta Ministry of Innovation & Science Representatives and other 6 representatives from Alberta City, Canada, made their goodwill visit to Tamkang University on April 19, 2000. At first they attended a briefing presided over by Vice President Dr. Chao-kang Feng, and also engaged in a discussion with TKU faculty. Then they had a tour in Tamkang University Tamsui campus, including the Maritime Museum, and the Chueh-sheng Memorial Library. Seven guests also visited Dr. Clement C.P. Chang, Founder of Tamkang University, and Dr. Horng-jinh Chang, President of Tamkang University. They also attended the dinner party hosted by Dr. Clement C.P. Chang.
