Prof. Ivan Wilhelm, Rector, and Prof. Prof. Petr Kolar, Dean of the College of Philosophy, Charles University in Prague, the Czech Republic, made a goodwill visit to Tamkang University on December 5, 2002. The distinguished guests first attended a briefing presided over by Dr. Horng-jing Chang, President, and also engaged in a discussion with TKU faculty and Deans of Colleges. After the discussion, they had a tour to Carrie Chang Fine Arts Center and Chueh-sheng Memorial Library. At noon, the guests attended the luncheon party hosted by President Dr. Horng-jing Chang.
