Prof. Dr. Diego T. Bermudz Flores, Vice-President for International Affairs, and Prof. Chen, University of Malaga, Spain, made a goodwill visit to Tamkang University on December 14, 2000. The distinguished guests first met President Horng-jinh Chang. Then, they attended a briefing presided over by Vice-president Chao-kang Feng, and also engaged in a discussion with TKU faculty and Deans of Colleges. After the discussion, Prof. Dr. Diego T. Bermudz Flores gave a briefing about University of Malaga to the students of Department of Spanish. Before Leaving Tamkang University, they visited Chueh-sheng Memorial Library.
