S.E.M. Paramanga Ernest YONLI, Premier Minister of Burkina Faso, Madame Araba Kadidiatou YONLI, and the delegation made a good will visit to Tamkang University on March 27, 2003. The distinguished guests first attended a briefing presided over by Dr. Chao Kang-feng, Vice President for Academic Affairs and the Chairman of the International Exchange Committee. After the briefing, Premier Minister YONLI gave a speech to the faculty and students in French. After the speech, they had a tour to Chueh-sheng Memorial Library and Carrie Chang Fine Arts Center.
