Prof. Ing. Julio Martin Puertas, President of University of Autonomous of Asuncion, Paraguay, and the delegation, made a goodwill visit to Tamkang University on May 31, 2004. The distinguished guests first attended a briefing presided over by President Horng-jinh Chang, and also engaged in a discussion with TKU faculty and Deans of Colleges. After the discussion, the guests had a tour to Carrie Chang Fine Arts Center and Chueh-sheng Memorial Library, At noon; the delegation attended the luncheon party hosted by Dr. Horng-jinh Chang.
