Professor Geoffrey Till, Dean of Academic Studies of Joint Services Staff College, & Mrs. Till who were accompanied by Colonel Liang Cheng-yu from Air Command and General Staff College of Armed Force University, made a goodwill visit to Tamkang University on April 21, 2000. Distinguished guests first visited President Horng-jinh Chang and then attended a briefing presided over by Dr. Chao-Kan Feng, Vice President for Academic Affairs and Chairman of International Exchange Committee, and also engaged in a discussion with TKU faculty and Deans of colleges. After the discussion, they had a luncheon party hosted by Vice President Dr. Chao-Kan Feng.
