Mr. Stefan Bjork, President of Sweden-Taiwan Society, made a goodwill visit to Tamkang University on January 23, 2002. The distinguished guest first visited the Founder Dr. Clement C. P. Chang at Taipei Campus in the morning. Then Stefan Bjork went to Tamsui Campus to attend a briefing presided over by President Horng-jing Chang, and also engaged in a discussion with TKU faculty and Deans of Colleges, at Tamsui campus in the afternoon.
